“Two Oceans” Soft and Fruity Red – red dry wine created from a blend of grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (20%), Syrah (20%), Pinotage (20%), Ruby Cabernet (10%), Tinta Baroque (5%) and Senso (5%). Grapes are grown in different areas of the coastal region – Paarl, Worcester, Malmesburg, Wellington. Berries are harvested after reaching the level of sugar in the 23-24%. Harvest from each vineyard vinified separately. Maceration lasts 5 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. 20% of the final blend is aged in tanks with riveting French oak. The content of residual sugars in the wine was 6.5 g / l.
