  Tesseron Cognac Lot N° 90 XO Ovation is a vibrant and fresh offering that displays a particularly delectable combination of vigour and complexity – reflective of the high-quality eaux-de-vie selected by Tesseron for this blend. Produced from Ugni Blanc grapes selected from the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois crus, the eaux-de-vie is then aged for a minimum of 10 years before it’s ready to be bottled. It’s thanks to the eaux-de-vie’s long maturation process that it gains such a unique character – as its time in old French oak barrels adds richness and complexity to the tasting experience.“The aromas are more on the sugary side, with crème brulée and some toasted wood – there is good structure on the palate.
