From the Speyside Distillery comes ‘Fumaré’, part of their Latin Collection which also includes ‘Trutina’ and ‘Tenné’. The single malt is produced from peated barley, which the distillery only used for a small amount of time each year. 100% matured in bourbon barrels and bottled a 58%, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring. An elegant and smoky expression that could be easily taken for an Islay whisky.
