“Medalla Real” Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva – red dry wine created from grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon. Winery Santa Rita (Santa Rita) was founded in 1880 by Domingo Fernández (Domingo Fernandez) in the area of Alto Howell (Buin, Chile). Since the end of XIX century until the mid-1970s, the winery was owned by the family García Huidobro (Garcia Huidobro). In 1980, the Santa Rita winery was sold to a group of companies Claro and Owens Illinois – the main producers of glass containers in the world.
