• RODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• The seven-year ageing takes place in small oak casks, where the Rum “Vieux 7 years old”, from Saint James, slowly but progressively penetrates into the wood fibres, so as to extract the noble tannins that characterise the barriques themselves. Complex and harmonious, it is truly a good rum, ideal to sip together with a cigar or pipe.
• TASTING NOTES:
• -Colour: It has an intense and noble amber colour.
• -Aroma: On the nose there are hints of citrus orange, hints of sultanas and cinnamon, hints of pastry and smoky hints.
• -Taste: In the mouth it is warm, round and velvety, long in persistence and with a slightly woody finish.
• HOW TO SERVE:
• Complex and harmonious, it is really a good rum, ideal to sip together with a cigar or pipe.
