Labeled by Parker as one of the World’s Greatest Wine Estates. This talented winemaker is known for his works at Magpie Estate, Veritas and Binder-Mitchell. This range, named after himself, is fairly new and we are pleased to have Rolf’s wines in our portfolio. Quality aside, which is often guaranteed from Binder, the prices are very affordable for on premise servings. We highly recommend the pair of Selection white and red which are bottled exclusively for Altaya as wine by the glass offerings.
