Murviedro Cava Luna Brut SPARKLING WINE 75CL SPAIN

Luna de Murviedro Semi-Seco is a cava elaborated by Bodegas Murviedro elaborated from the vineyards of the Macabeo variety, located in the midday zone of the municipality of Requena, where there are the soils of higher quality and of more hours of sunshine for a good Madur Ation.

This cava has been elaborated with a selection of ripe grapes of the Macabeo variety looking for the maximum fruit expression of the same. Maceration for 11 hours at 10 º C to extract ripe aromas. It performs the first and second fermentation (in bottle) at low temperature (16 º C) looking to enhance the aromas of ripe fruit so characteristic of this cava.
