This blend of carefully selected malt whiskies has been re-casked for a finishing of 3 months minimum in Bordeaux, France. PIER 1 is a testimony to the fifty years expertise of its inspirer, John McDougall, a great Scottish Master blender and Master distiller. Matured in ex Sauternes casks and un-chillfiltered, this whisky was bottled at 45.8%.
