Production
Dictador XO Insolent Rum comes from Colombia, where it is produced in Cartagena, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed coastal town in the north. The rum is not based on molasses, but on sugar cane juice. It is distilled continuously in copper bubbles and then matured in oak barrels. The marriage to the Dictador XO Insolent Rum Blend takes place using the Solera process
