Both intense and fine, the nose combines red fruits and blackcurrant with notes of gravy and grilled meat. Suave, fleshy on the attack, of good length, marked by a beautiful fruity retro-olfaction, the palate is built on silky tannins, firmer on the finish.

Nestled in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers and commanded by an eclectic style castle built in 1850, this 71ha cru represents the first wine property acquired by the Castel family, now the owner of numerous estates in the Bordeaux region and elsewhere.
