Capitor “Etain” Bordeaux AOC 2016

Description

Medium to full body, deep garnet red. Elegant wild berries and oak aroma. Blue fruits mix and plummy palate with slightly earthy finish. Very drinkable example of the basic wine in range less of €10, tannic now but nice acidity balances it. Food friendly, best match is grilled poultry, tasted with mushrooms soup. Serve 16º – 20º. Open about two hours ahead. Drink now and next couple years.
