Cognac Ararat Erebuni 70 years 0.75 l is a super premium aged Armenian cognac, belonging to the “very old” category. It is made by the best master blenders of the Yerevan Brandy Factory from rare cognac spirits stored in the company’s reserves. The harvest was collected by hand at optimal ripeness of the berries, after which it was carefully selected, sorted and pressed in pneumatic presses. After fermentation, the wort underwent double fractional distillation using the steam method, cutting off the “heads” and “tails,” leaving only the so-called “heart” of the distillate. The resulting alcohol base was aged for at least 70 years in oak barrels made from Caucasian wood. The blend of the best alcohols was brought to the required strength by adding specially prepared water taken from the Katnakhbyur spring. 70-year-old Erebuni cognac is offered for sale in an elegant shaped bottle of 0.75 liters, placed in a presentable leather case. It is worth purchasing as a gift on the occasion of a 70th anniversary or to add to your collection of elite alcohol.
