Product information “Stellenview Africa Five Pinotage 2018″In the Stellenview Africa Five Pinotage, this autochthonous grape variety of South Africa presents itself proudly and with a wonderfully dark character. Aromas and flavors of sweet black fruits pamper the senses with fine-grained tannins. A well-rounded and harmonious wine with a delicious enjoyment factor.
WINE AGEINGAfter a three-day cold soaking phase, the grapes were pressed and the juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation also ended in the steel tank, which was mixed with oak staves.
