Dry red wine “Secret Reserve” Red Blend is created from several varieties of red grapes. The berries are harvested and fermented separately to the wort has reached its maximum capacity and has not lost the high quality that has been achieved during the ripening fruit in the vineyards. Fermentation temperature is maintained at a low level, and maceration takes quite a long time. At the end of vinification creates a unique blend, which is placed on the exposure in oak barrels to enhance the complexity of the wine and fruit tones.

Winery Santa Rita (Santa Rita) was founded in 1880 by Domingo Fernández (Domingo Fernandez) in the area of Alto Howell (Buin, Chile). Since the end of XIX century until the mid-1970s, the winery was owned by the family García Huidobro (Garcia Huidobro). In 1980, the Santa Rita winery was sold to a group of companies Claro and Owens Illinois – the main producers of glass containers in the world. In the production of wines of Santa Rita, new technology, a new line was launched were introduced, and in 1985-1986 the wine Santa Rita began to export to the world markets.
By the 90 th year, when production is fully controlled by the Claro Group, for the production of wine import project Vina Carmen was acquired more than 1,000 hectares of vineyards located in the most important wine valleys of Chile: Maipo, Rapel, Lontu, Casablanca and Apalta. By the 2000s it appeared in their production winery in Argentina (Vina Dona Paula PLC), was purchased brand Terra Andina, opened offices in London and the United States. Since 2009, the company began the development of organic wines Nativa Eco.
Today, to the farm of Santa Rita are wineries and brands Vina Carmen, Sur Andino, Vina Centenaria, Nativa Eco Wines and Vina Dona Paula. Currently, the winery Santa Rita and its subsidiaries supply their products in more than 75 countries, focusing primarily on the premium segment.
