About the producer: Nederburg is South Africa’s most award-winning winery. It is owned by Distell, which is the country’s leading producer and retailer of wine and spirits, and a big proponent of sustainability and ethical manufacturing.

About the wine: The grapes come from selected vineyards in Darling, Stellenbosch, Philadelphia, Paarl and Groenekloof. After harvest, the wine is fermented for 14 days in stainless steel tanks and after the malocatic fermentation, the wine is stored for 12-15 months in contact with oak.
