85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc
A 3-hectare property, Château Brespaillan is located south of the Dordogne river, opposite the prestigious grands crus of Saint Emilion, in the Entre deux Mers region.
The harvest is vinified according to the rules of the art to produce fruity and silky red wines in AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. One of the best value for money in the region. Vinification in stainless steel vats and passage for a part in oak barrels, then assembly and bottling at the property.
Fresh and aromatic showing soft plum and cassis on the nose. On the palate it is soft and juicy, yet well-structured with a smooth texture.
Beautiful deep cherry red color. Intense bouquet of black fruits and violets, currant nose with some notes of liquorice. Vanilla and coconut on the palate, the tannins are powerful and in osmosis with a fresh acidity. The aromas of black fruits and spices emerge on the finish.
