Exclusively made from grapes of Bobal variety which come from vineyards placed at the area of the ‘Medio Día’ where the scarce organic content of the earth and the important number of insolation hours give place to a low production per vine but premium quality. Ripened in French oak up to obtain an intense cherry red colour strengthened by a red fruits aroma.

Cepas Viejas is a wine that well preserved will evolve notably in the coming years.
