An elegant, mineral style Malbec from Altaluvia, with grapes sourced from a vineyard located in Gualtallary, a district of Tupungato, in the Uco Valley, situated in the west of the province of Mendoza, boasting the highest vineyards in Mendoza. Exuding a beautifully dark fruited profile with cocoa, tobacco and herbal nuances, spice and refreshing acidity.

VINIFICATION
The harvest starts at the end of March. e grapes are hand-picked and then they are destemmed gently, without breaking the berries. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, post-fermentation maceration for approximately 25 days and then has a 16-month aging in French oak barrels, 100% second and third use.
