Gin Sipsmith VJOP has a large presence of botanical plants during its creation process. It presents a traditional elaboration in copper stills through the purity of the water with the aim of achieving the authentic body of the gin. It exhibits a very striking range of scents of juniper, cereal and light touches of wood wrapped in subtleties of orange. On the palate, it perfectly defines the flavor of juniper accompanied by light touches of spices and fine chocolate. Balanced body, long and dry.
