Vedrenne Creme De Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur is a fruit liqueur distilled in France. The liqueur has a deep red color. The main ingredient used during the distillation process is blackcurrant . This is ground finely and then soaked in alcohol for a while. Other ingredients are added to the distillate after this process to fully flavor the liqueur, which mainly contains notes of blackcurrant. The alcohol percentage is 15%.
