Description
Labastide Dauzac is the second wine of Château Dauzac. It comes from young vines (average age 30-35 years) which are not yet used in the blend of Château Dauzac (Grand Cru Classé of AOC Margaux). It is vinified in the cellars of Dauzac with the same attention as that provided at Château Dauzac.
Harvest: manual in small crates and sorting on tables before and after destemming.
Aging: 12 months in barrel.
