Château Pey De Pont 2015 is a Cru Bourgeois red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced from the Médoc, Bordeaux wine region. Fragrant with ripe blackberry, cassis, dark plum, savoury herb and eucalyptus aromas with same on the palate finishing savoury, supple and long. Tannins are fine-grained and firm. Good now, better in 2022.
Food pairings: roast duck, goose, chicken, turkey.
