Description
- TASTING NOTES
- It is announced to the eye by a dark red color, endowed with a particular intensity. Open on the nose, with hints of cloves and more fruity undertones. It enters the mouth with a linear and fresh taste, which gradually reveals the power of this wine; the tannins are juicy and perfectly integrated into the general structure of the wine.
- FOOD/WINE PAIRINGS Try it with a Venetian liver cutlet.
- CORBIÉRES ROUGE “BLASON D’AUSSIÈRES” 2016 – DOMAINE D’AUSSIÈRES, DOMAINES BARONS DE ROTHSCHILD: WHY WE LOVE IT
- Blason d’Aussières is a Corbiéres Rouge made from a blend of several grape varieties – Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan – which arrived at harvest perfectly ripe, despite the uncertain weather of the year throughout the Languedoc region. A bottle which expresses itself with a beautiful aromatic richness, and which is structured with a balance between freshness and body; it is produced by Domaines Barons de Rothschild within the Domaine d’Aussières, giving us an elegant and particularly inviting sip throughout the tasting.
